Lynn L. Erlandson Rogich, 41, of Mabel, died unexpectedly, March 5, 2012, at the Gundersen Medical Center in La Crosse, Wis.

She was born March 25, 1970, in Spring Grove to Steven and Jackie (Amdahl) Erlandson. She graduated from the Mabel-Canton High School in 1988 and then from North Iowa Community College in Calmar, Iowa, with a degree in cosmetology.

On Dec. 18, 2004, she married Larry Rogich at the Highland Lutheran Church in rural Decorah, Iowa.

Lynn had worked as a distributor of salon products and as a salon consultant, sales manager for Tri-State Signing, at Nancy's Solutions in Caledonia and a daycare provider for five years so she could stay at home with their son.

She was currently an assistant with the pre-school program at Mabel-Canton Elementary School and at A.B.L.E. in Spring Grove.

Lynn also volunteered as an assistant Cub Scout leader and as a P.A.L.S. leader at the school.

Lynn was a member of the Scheie Lutheran Church and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting morel mushrooms, cooking, crafting, decorating for Christmas and especially spending time with family.

Survivors include her husband, Larry of Mabel; a son, Levi; a stepdaughter, Colleen; her mother, Jackie Erlandson (Tom Madson) of Mabel; a sister, Lisa Erlandson of Mabel; a brother, Shane (Dawn) Erlandson of New Hampton, Iowa; her grandmother, Ruby Erlandson of Mabel; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, a sister, Laura, and grandparents, Nick Erlandson and Lyle and Adeline Amdahl.

Funeral services were March 10 at the Scheie Lutheran Church in rural Mabel with the Rev. Mary Waudby officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
