The fifth seeded Fillmore Central/Lanesboro baseball team started the post-season with a 12-6 win over Mabel-Canton and finished the 1A East Sub-section tournament, and their 2014 season, with a 12-2 (five inning) loss to Chatfield.
In between the win and loss was a loss to top seed Wabasha-Kellogg, 11-0 (five innings). The Falcons, who had a 3-12 regular season record, finished the 2014 campaign with a 4-14 record.
