What a wonderful healthcare clinic we have here in Harmony!
As I was reading the recent article in the Bluff Country Reader, "New mother receives parenting advice from care center residents," I was filled with joy at the thoughtfulness and compassion of this act of kindness done by the staff and residents of Harmony Community Healthcare!
As I am a scrapbooker myself, I know the work that goes into creating a book and how much the photos mean to a person.
Recognizing the importance of the wisdom of the residents at the center is so important and it also gave them a chance to share their stories with a soon-to-be new mother, who is a geriatrics physicians assistant at this clinic.
I loved the idea of taking the residents' photos to go along with their advice for the new parents scrapbook. Thanks to Dr. Randi Berg for this wonderful idea!
I am looking forward to seeing the exhibit of these photos at the Harmony and Lanesboro libraries.
Thanks to all who contributed to this book and congratulations to the new parents and their baby girl!
