Teresa Bremseth, 77, of Harmony

Teresa Ann Bremseth, 77, of Harmony, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.
She was born Nov. 21, 1934, in Harmony, the daughter of Joe and Rita (Hanlon) Kingsley. She attended school in Harmony, graduating from Harmony High School in 1952.
On Jan. 10, 1953, she married LeRoy Bremseth in Harmony.
She worked as a waitress and later owned the Townouse Restaurant in Harmony.
She was also an active member of Nativity Catholic Church and did volunteer work at the Harmony Nursing Home. She and her husband enjoyed camping and traveling to Texas and San Diego to visit family. The last four years, she lived at Harmony Manor where she enjoyed playing cards with her friends.
She is survived by four children, Joe (Karen) Bremseth of San Diego, Calif., Rosemary Bremseth of Kerryville, Texas, Russell (Dianne) Bremseth of Cresco and Debra (Jon) Elliott of Canton; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary (Bob) Vitsie of Rochester and a sister-in-law, Maxine Kingsley of Harmony.
She is preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy, in 2007 and a brother, Thomas Kingsley.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Nativity Catholic Church in Harmony with the Rev. Sean Haremza officiating. Interment is in St. Agnes Cemetery, Plymouth Rock, Iowa.
Lindstrom Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
