Fillmore Central recently held the local Elks Free Throw Contest at the elementary school. A total of six divisions were held, with students being divided by age and gender.

Representing the school for the 8 and 9-year-olds are Bryce Corson and Ty Sexton for the boys and Addison Hershberger and Lauren Mensink for the girls.

Representing the 10 and 11-year olds will be Nick Marzolf and Mason Berg for the boys and Abby Rutgerson and Krista Jorgenson for the girls.

Representing the 12 and 13-year-olds will be Logan Corson and Nate Haugerud for the boys and Katie Gatzke and Kaelyn Marzolf for the girls.

These students will represent Fillmore Central Jan. 6 at Lourdes High School in the area competition.
