The Fillmore Central volleyball team got two Three Rivers Conference wins, downing both Kingsland (25-21, 25-7, 25-14) and Rushford-Peterson (25-18, 25-21, 25-16) three games to none. The Falcons are now 2-1 in Three Rivers Conference play, and 3-1 overall.

In the win over the Knights, Tor Peterson led the team with 13 kills (.258 hitting), while Taylor Case knocked down nine (.280 hitting). Leah Scheevel came up with six kills and a .400 hitting efficiency. As a team the gals came up with 35 kills and a hitting average of .259.

Top servers were Sammi Bakke (15/15), Danielle Zinsmaster (7/7), Peterson (11/12), Morgan Malley (9/10) and Case (16/18). Case had three ace serves in the three set win.

Three players were perfect in serve receive; Chelsea Rislove (12/12), Case (11/11) and Sara Schultz (9/9). Leaders in digs were Taylor Case (11), Morgan Malley (10), Rislove (7), Bakke (6), Tor Peterson (5) and Zinsmaster (4). Setter Morgan Malley was also tough at the net, leading the Falcons with 3 ½ blocks. She also had 28 of the team's 29 set assists.

In the three set win over the Trojans, Taylor Case led the team with 15 kills and a hitting efficiency of .600 (no hitting errors). She was also 6/6 in serve receive, 11/12 (2 aces) at the service line and picked up a team high 17 digs on defense.

Sammi Bakke topped the serving stats, going 16 for 16. Also hitting 100 percent of her serves was Danielle Zinsmaster, 5/5. Missing just one serve were Morgan Malley (8/9), Kaitlyn Aug (6/7) and Chelsea Rislove (12/13). Rislove also delivered two aces.

Serve receive (SR) leaders against Rushford-Peterson were Case, Tor Peterson (7/7), Aug (2/2), Bakke (3/3), Schultz (7/9), Rislove (11/11) and Zinsmaster (9/12). Morgan Malley had 21 set assists in the R-P match. Leah Scheevel and Sammi Bakke each had two ace blocks.

Thursday night the Falcons host Southland and Saturday they will be traveling to the Wabasha-Kellogg Tournament.
