The Fillmore Central, Lanesboro and Mabel-Canton High School wrestling team, the Wolves, participated in the 2014 Luther College Team Wrestling Camp in Decorah.

The 2014 Luther wrestling camps, directed by Luther head wrestling coach Dave Mitchell, have grown into some of the largest and most recognized camps in the Midwest. In 2013, more than 1,000 athletes participated, representing nearly 70 teams from seven states.

Recent clinicians have included several Olympians, NCAA champions and All-American wrestlers, including Cale Sanderson, Brandon Slay and Brent Metcalf.

Campers at the 2014 camps participated in team building activities, intensive "Train Like a Norseman" sessions, technique sessions and live wrestling sessions. The camp closed with an individual tournament.

Nick Scheffert served as the Wolves’ camp coach, providing wrestlers with written and verbal feedback throughout the camp.

The Wolves are coached by Jim Love and assistant coach Paul Snell.
