That an application has been made by Chris and Denise Schaffer, 4113 County Road 7, La Crescent, MN 55947, for a Conditional Use Permit for substantial land alteration in a bluff impact zone (Section 23 - 0110.2301, Subdivision 1, Subsection 2 and Section 23 - 0110.2302, Subdivision 1, Subsections 1-6) in Hokah Township on following premises, to-wit:

Said applicants standing and making application are as fee owner of said described lands.



A hearing on this application will be held at the Historic Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
