NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:



That an application has been made by Josh Swenson, 7843 Swede Bottom Road, Houston, MN 55943, for a Conditional Use Permit to build a dwelling on less than 40 acres in an agricultural district (Section 13 - 0110.1303, Subdivision 1, Subsection 11) in Sheldon Township on the following premises, to-wit:

A part of the S½ SE¼ of Section 10 and a part of the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 15, all in T103N, R6W, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the SE¼ SE¼ of said Section 10; Thence South 89°15'56" West (NOTE: all hearings are on the Houston County NAD 83, 1986 adjustment) along the South line of said SE¼ for a distance of 399.71 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence North 06°44'50" East for a distance of 66.64 feet; Thence North 63°19'33" West for a distance of 435.44 feet; Thence North 50°16'30" West for a distance of 390.00 feet; Thence North 45°04'14" West for a distance of 224.31 feet; Thence South 74°54'10" West for a distance of 107.41 feet to the centerline of a 33 foot access easement; Thence South 31°19'44" East along said easement line for a distance of 38.81 feet; Thence South 07°04'27" West along said easement line for a distance of 246.27 feet; Thence North 82°55'33" West for a distance of 8.13 feet; Thence South 38°48'32" West for a distance of 223.32 feet to a point in the centerline of Township Road #227 (also known as Swede Bottom Road); (Note, the next 2 courses are along the centerline of said road); Thence South 35°49'46" East for a distance of 30.80 feet; Thence South 44°37'35" East for a distance of 228.75 feet to the East line of the SW¼ of said SE¼; Thence South 00°31'01" West along said East line for a distance of 14.83 feet to the SE corner of the SW¼ of said SE¼; Thence North 89°15'56" East along the South line of the SE¼ of said SE¼ for a distance of 923.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.



Said applicant standing and making application is as fee owner of said described lands.

A hearing on this application will be held at the Historic Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
