That an application has been made by Maurine Frydenlund/Frydenlund Family Trust, 129 4th Avenue SE, Spring Grove, MN 55974 for a Zoning Amendment to the Houston County Ordinance to allow Non-Commercial family cabins under an Interim Use Permit (Section 7 - 0110.0704, Subdivisions 1 and 2).

This proposed amendment, if approved, by the Houston County Board of Commissioners, will be included within the text of the Houston County Zoning Ordinance and can affect property owners within the Agricultural Protection District.

A hearing on this application will be held at the Historic Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2013. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
