NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:



That an application was received from the following person for a variance of setback requirements:

Dean Miller Parcel A - A tract of land described as commencing 6 rods north of the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 101 North, Range 6 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, running thence west 20 rods, thence northeasterly 24 rods, more or less, to a point 12 rods north of the point of beginning, thence south 12 rods to the point of beginning. Parcel B - That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 101 North, Range 6 West, Houston County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 11 minutes 51 seconds East, along the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 144 feet to the centerline of Houston County Road No. 28 and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing North 00 degrees 11 minutes 51 seconds East, along said west line, 153 feet more or less to a point which is 297.00 feet northerly of the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 59 degrees 30 minutes 46 seconds East, 114 feet more or less to the centerline of said Houston County Road No. 28; thence southwesterly along said centerline to the point of beginning.



Wilmington Township Variance of 30 feet to meet the required 50 setback requirement from the north property line to build a storage shed.



A hearing on this application will be held at the Historic Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota 55921 at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2013.
