NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:



That an application has been made by Northern Natural Gas Company, 1120 Centre Pointe Drive #400, Mendota Heights, MN 55120 for a Conditional Use Permit for Essential Services (Section 13 - 0110.1303, Subdivision 1, Subsection 12) in Money Creek Township on the following premises, to-wit:

A perpetual easement for pipeline facilities purposes over, under and across part of the following described property: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 104 North, Range 7 West, Houston County, Minnesota. Said perpetual easement is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds West, bearings based on Houston County, Minnesota Coordinate Grid System, along the east line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 1653.48 feet to the point of beginning of said perpetual easement to be described; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of 53.25 feet; thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds East, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 50.00 feet, to the west right of way line of Township Road No. 322; thence northerly, a distance of 28.24 feet, along said west right of way line also being a non-tangential curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 1233.36 feet, a central angle of 01 degree 18 minutes 43 seconds and a chord which bears North 6 degrees 31 minutes 03 seconds East, to said east line of the Southwest Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds West, not tangent to last described curve, a distance of 46.95 feet to said point of beginning. Together with, a perpetual easement for access purposes over, under and across part of the following described property: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 104 North, Range 7 West, Houston County, Minnesota. The centerline of said perpetual easement for access purposes, is described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds West, bearings based on Houston County, Minnesota Coordinate Grid System, along the east line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 1653.48 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of 53.25 feet; thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds East, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 13.79 feet, to the point of beginning of said centerline to be described; thence southeasterly, a distance of 31.54 feet, along a non-tangential curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 72 degrees 17 minutes 11 seconds and a chord which bears South 54 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East; thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 21 seconds East, tangent to last described curve, a distance of 9.89 feet, to said west right of way line of Township Road No. 322 and said centerline there terminating. Sidelines of said perpetual easement to be prolonged of shortened to terminate on said south line of the above described perpetual facilities easement and said west right of way line to Township Road No. 322.



Said applicants standing and making application are as holders of a perpetual easement of said described lands.

A hearing on this application will be held at the Historic Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
