Daniel and Laurie Nekola That part of the East ½ of the SW¼ of NW¼ of Section 10, Township 103 North, Range 5 West, Houston County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, thence Northerly along the East line of said SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, a distance of 385.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described, thence Northwesterly deflecting to the left 40 degrees 52 minutes 27 seconds, a distance of 865.79 feet to the West line of said East ½ of the SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, thence Northerly deflecting to the right 50 degrees 05 minutes 47 seconds and along said West line, a distance of 385.00 feet to the North line of said SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, thence Easterly along said North line a distance of 660.54 feet to the Northeast corner of said SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, thence Southerly along said East line of the SW¼ of the NW¼ of Section 10, a distance of 938.44 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.00 acres more or less, subject to the right of way of a Union Township Road as located therein. The right-of-way of said Union Township Road is included in the above acreage.



Mound Prairie Township Variance of 27 feet 6 inches to meet the required 50 foot setback from the west property line to build a garage.
