Friday, Nov. 2:
1700 Hrs. - Officers responded to a 911 No Response Call. The people at the residence were OK and it was determined that a small child was playing with the phone.
Monday, Nov. 19:
1900 Hrs. - SGPD started three separate investigations into dishonored checks that were passed at local businesses.
1945 Hrs. - Begin investigation into two city ordinances violations involving junk vehicles.
Tuesday, Nov. 20:
1800 Hrs. - Investigation started into dishonored check that was passed at a local business.
1930 Hrs. - Respond to motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 44, just west of Spring Grove.
Wednesday, Nov. 21:
2030 Hrs. - Investigation started into dishonored check that was passed at a local business.
Monday, Nov. 26:
1800 Hrs. - Officers took an animal complaint about a lost pet.
1815 Hrs. - Officer investigating the report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
1830 Hrs. - Report of an animal complaint. Owners were contacted by the police department as advised to correct the problems that were reported.
1845 Hrs. - Officers took a traffic complaint, and then talked to the parties involved and the matter was taken care of.
2200 Hrs. - The police department received a report of identity fraud and an investigation is ongoing.
Tuesday, Nov. 27:
1345 Hrs. - Officer issued a citation to a driver for multiple violations who will appear in court.
1745 Hrs. - Officers assisted a party with required paperwork that needed to be filled out and sent to a state agency.
1945 Hrs. - Officers assisted the Houston County Sheriff's Office with a domestic situation outside of Spring Grove.
Wednesday, Nov. 28:
1715 Hrs. - Investigation started into dishonored check that was passed at a local business.
1730 Hrs. - The police department started an investigation into an ordinance violation of a junk car. The investigation continues.
Thursday, Nov. 29:
1100 Hrs. - Officers conducted a funeral escort.
