That an application has been made by Joel Serres and Kathy Hafner, 2020 Cork Hollow Drive, Brownsville MN 55919, for a Conditional Use Permit to build a dwelling on less than 40 acres in an agricultural district (Section 13 - 0110.1303, Subdivision 1, Subsection 11) in Brownsville Township on the following premises, to-wit:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 103 North, Range 4 West, Houston County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 27; thence North 00 degrees 38 minutes 19 seconds West (NOTE: all bearings are on the Houston County NAD 1983, HARN 96 adjustment) along the east line of said Southeast Quarter for a distance of 1956.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 71 degrees 51 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of 126.87 feet; thence South 59 degrees 28 minutes 17 seconds West for a distance of 79.84 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 06 seconds West for a distance 145.32 feet; thence North 07 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds West for a distance of 132.77 feet to the centerline of the Township Road known as CORK HOLLOW DRIVE; thence North 76 degrees 46 minutes 23 seconds East along said centerline for a distance of 310.11 feet; thence North 69 degrees 56 minutes 46 seconds East along said centerline for a distance of 52.86 feet to the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 38 minutes 19 seconds East along said east line for a distance of 140.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 1.17 acres, more or less.



Said applicants standing and making application are as holders and owners of an enforceable option to purchase full interest in said described lands.



A hearing on this application will be held at the Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2012. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
