PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That an application has been made by Larry Hanson, 4212 Ferndale Road, Rushford, MN 55971 for an after-the-fact Zoning Amendment to the County Land Use Map (Section 7 - 0110.0701) to re-zone from Agricultural Protection District to Residential in Yucatan Township on the following premises, to-wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 104, Range 7 West, Houston County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West, along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, 858.08 feet; thence North 59 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds East, 529.49 feet to "Point A"; thence North 48 degrees 57 minutes 56 seconds East, 98 feet more or less to the southerly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 16 and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence South 48 degrees 57 minutes 56 seconds West, 98 feet more of less to said "Point A"; thence South 59 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds West, 529.49 feet to the south line of said Northeast Quarter o the Northwest Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 09 seconds West, along said south line, 25.59 feet; thence North 10 degrees 23 minutes 56 seconds East, 281.29 feet to the southerly right of way line of said Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 16; thence easterly and southerly along said right of way line to the point of beginning. Subject to a township road right of way.
Said applicant standing and making application is as fee holder of said described lands.
A hearing on this application will be held at the Courthouse, Commissioners' Room, City of Caledonia, Minnesota, 55921 at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2012. All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to be heard relative to the granting or denying of said application.
