It always amazes me when folks who think they are knowledgeable regarding Spring Grove's affairs and its council's actions when they only slip in and out of town for a few years.

Move here and help pay the taxes, utilities and shop here! We would welcome new residents. Present residents are thankful that this council is trying their best to keep this city affordable to live in or it could be just as those you are describing other small cities - with empty storefronts.

PS: The "plus swimming pool" you mentioned is operating at a loss of close to $100,000 per year - a cost to Spring Grove residents.
