Maryls Crocker, 82, formerly of Spring Grove

Marlys Ruby Crocker, 82, of West Salem, Wis., and formerly of Spring Grove, died Aug. 14, 2013, at Lakeview Health Center in West Salem.
She was born Feb. 25, 1931, in Spring Grove to Maurice and Rosella (Onsgard) Mathias. She was a Spring Grove High School graduate.
On Oct. 5, 1953, she married Bill Crocker in Spring Grove; the couple later divorced. She had lived in Spain, St. Paul and La Crosse. She loved reading and visiting with her family.
Survivors include one daughter, Sue Ann (John) Redman of Cornelius, Ore.; grandchildren Keith and Katy Redman; great-grandchildren Taylor and Jacob Redman; three brothers, Arvid (Grace) Onsgard, and Gerald Onsgard of St. Paul, and Larry (Carol) Onsgard of La Crosse; and a sister, Janice (Kenneth) Rommes of Caledonia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Daniel, one sister-in-law, Jeanette Onsgard, and a niece, Lori Rommes.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, Sept. 15, at Roble Funeral Home in Spring Grove, at 3 p.m. The Rev. James Cumming will officiate. Interment will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. There will be a meal following the interment at Trinity Lutheran Church's fellowship hall.
