Terry Schroeder, 42, of Caledonia, died Monday, May 13, 2013.

Terry John Schroeder was born June 3, 1970. He was baptized into the Christian faith, at his home, on June 21, 1970. He was a life-long member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Caledonia.

Terry attended elementary school at St. John's Lutheran School in Caledonia and graduated from Luther High School in Onalaska, Wis., in 1988.

He grew up on the family farm in Caledonia, joining his father in running its dairy operation after high school.

Terry enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and especially enjoyed deer hunting and snowmobiling. He was an avid sports fan, for which he particularly loved the Vikings. But most of all, he cherished the time he had with his sons, Connor and Caleb. He loved them dearly.

Survivors include his sons, Connor and Caleb Schroeder of San Diego, Calif.; his mother and father, Judy and John Schroeder of Caledonia; a sister, Rachel (Jeff) Dorn of Sturtevant, Wis., and Becky (Dean) Yagodinski of Manitowoc, Wis.; his nieces, Erin Dorn, Hannah Yagodinski, and Sarah Yagodinski; his nephews, Michael Dorn, Tyler Dorn, and Luke Yagodinski; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Gladys Dahlberg and paternal grandparents, Rudolph and Edna Schroeder.

Funeral services were May 17 at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church, Caledonia. Rev. Jon Wolff officiated. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Caledonia.
