Tuesday, July 16, 2013 9:55 AM
Last week, the Joe Cody Band was unable to entertain at Music-in-the-Park but the Starliters band was able to fill in at the last minute! They had been rained out a few weeks ago.
This week, the 12-person vocal group Fusion that features show tunes, vocal jazz and a revue of the 1950s and '60s comes to Spring Grove on Wednesday, July 17. Food will be by the Spring Grove Athletic Boosters.
The Jim Busta Band with Mollie B will return for an encore performance next week on July 24. Food is by the Spring Grove Lions Club.
Music-In-The-Park takes place in the gazebo in Viking Memorial Park if the weather and the construction noise cooperates.
The back-up location is the Fest Building. As always, food begins at 6 p.m., and the music commences at 6:30 p.m. finishing by 8 p.m.
