Currently, 106,000 American Legion Riders meet in over a thousand chapters in every domestic department and in at least three foreign countries.

Have you ever been interested in becoming a Legion Rider? Come to a free information meeting at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22 at the Mabel American Legion.

Riders in all states have escorted military units returning home from combat tours overseas, conducted massive cross-country fund-raising events for wounded warriors from all services, and have raised millions of dollars for countless local, state and national charities.

American Legion Riders is a national program made up of members of The American Legion, American Legion Auxiliary or Sons of The American Legion.

If you are unable to attend the information session but are interested, contact Chuck Holland at (507) 493-5866 or (507) 498-5353.
