Play hide and seek with the hare and go wild...

It's eggcellent fun!

"The Chatfield Commercial Club is having its annual Easter egg hunt again this year. There will be candy-filled eggs to find at City Park, and the Easter bunny is going to be there," said Commercial Club member Paula Bessingpas, anticipating the hide-and-seek mania scheduled for this Saturday, March 31, at 10 a.m. at the City Park band shell.

She related, "There are hunt categories for kids ages infant to 3, 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 12. We'll also have cookies and juice for everyone to enjoy during the hunt.

"Kids should bring an Easter basket, and Moms should bring their cameras for pictures of their kids with the Easter bunny."

Bessingpas added, "It's going to be great fun because we've had an early spring even though we have an early Easter... wonderful weather for hunting for eggs. At the end of the hunt, there will be a box to recycle the plastic eggs in for next year's hunt, if kids and parents care to do so. Just come and have fun together."

In case of rain the hunt, a community service of the Commercial Club, will be held at City Hall in Chatfield.
