I have learned many skills in D.A.R.E. that will help me make healthy choices. Drugs will affect you throughout your whole life. Smoking causes breathing problems. If you do sports instead of drugs, you will have a healthier lifestyle. Also, I have learned to get out of risky situations by walking away or saying no. Hang around with nonusers of drugs to be safe. Chewing tobacco is the number one cause of lung cancer. Peer pressure is a bad thing, but if you ever have someone do peer pressure to you, you just want to walk away or say no. Never give in. Wednesday, June 4, 2014
