Four members of the Caledonia/Spring Grove girls golf squad have been named to 2013 Three Rivers South All-Conference Team.
A total of 11 TRC South players qualified with four freshmen, one sophomore, three juniors and three seniors earning spots. C/SG walked away with twice as many berths as any other program.
Fillmore Central placed two players on the elite squad as did Chatfield and Southland. Kingsland advanced one player to the All-Conference team.
Based on scores recorded during conference matches, the top place went to Kingsland junior Karli Bly, who made a third appearance on the All-TRC list.
Second place was won by C/SG senior Katie Meyer. It is Meyer's second appearance. Keeley Todd of Fillmore Central finished third, also making a repeat All-Conference performance.
Fourth place was won by Paige Isensee of Chatfield, a freshman. Fifth through seventh places were all second appearances with junior Morgan Henry of Chatfield, senior Megan Harvey of Southland, and sophomore Katie Tammel of Fillmore Central finishing in that order.
Warrior Ashley Gavin, a freshman, took eighth followed by Southland freshman Cassidy Reinhartz. Tenth went to C/SG freshman Claudia Melde followed by teammate Hannah Hendel, a senior.
Nine of the top 10 in the conference also qualified for section including Meyer, Melde and Gavin as well as Warrior teammate Julianna Sand . C/SG won the TRC South with a conference record of 8-0, going 12-5 overall.
