LETTER TO THE EDITOR POLICY
1) Letters must be the original copy and not over 500 words in length.

2) We will not print anonymous letters.

3) Letter content may be verified for accuracy or authenticity before the

letter is printed.

4) Letters are printed at the discretion of the editor and publisher and will not be printed if they contain malice, libel or unverifiable information.

5) Each writer will be limited to one letter published every 30 days.

6) The Spring Grove Herald reserves the right not to publish a letter.
