The American Red Cross Community Blood Drive will be Tuesday, April 3 from 1 - 7 p.m. at the Fest Building in Spring Grove.

The Red Cross' motto is "I Give Blood. Will you?" Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person who makes the choice to donate. There is no substitute for individual blood donations.

When a person makes a blood donation, they join a very select group. Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood.

Consider joining in the mission to maintain a safe and stable blood supply by making an appointment to donate blood today.

For an appointment or more information contact Pat Lund, Spring Grove bloodmobile chairperson, at (507) 498-5671.

Did you know that 16 year olds are eligible to donate with a signed ARC Consent Form? Visit to download a form. Also review the donor eligibility guidelines or call toll-free at 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733 2767) for more information.
