The boys basketball game with Rushford-Peterson, scheduled for last Friday, was rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Rushford. That will be the last regular season game with playoffs starting on Thursday.

In the playoffs, the Knights got the No. 6 seed and will travel to the No. 3 seed, Lake City, for a game Thursday night, Feb. 28. Currently the Knights are 7-18, while the Tigers are 20-4.

In a regular season game played last week, Kingsland lost to a very good Southland team, 68-58. Marcus Plaehn led the team with 19 points, hitting seven of 10 shots from the field, including two of two from three-point range. Quinn Larson was also in double figures with 12 points, hitting four three-pointers.

Filip Swanson, Marshall Oeltjen and Jordan Meskill each had seven points and Jacob Rindels, Isiah Bubany and Eaen O'Byrne each hit a bucket for two points apiece.

Kingsland is 5-14 in the Three Rivers Conference.
