Houston County Public Health has received a state grant to support interventions that will help Minnesotans improve their overall health. They are hosting community events that include free open swim days at the pools in Caledonia, Spring Grove and La Crescent and also a free day of activities at the Twin Creeks Golf Course in Hokah.
